PROCESSING TIME
Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order. This does not mean you will receive your order within the processing time. This is the 3-4 days for making and drying time, this does not include weekends or Holidays.
LOST, STOLEN, OR RETURNED PACKAGES
We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will ship to the address that is provided in the sales receipt from you the buyer. Buyer is responsible for making sure all shipping information is correct. You will be required to pay shipping fee again should an item be returned to us.
I GOT AN EMAIL THAT SAYS MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED. WHY ISN'T IT SHOWING ANY TRACKING INFORMATION?
You will receive an email letting you know your package has been shipped when your order has been packed and prepped to be packed up by the carrier. Please allow 24-36 hours for the information to be updated. Tracking directly on the carriers website will give you the most up to date information.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
We are happy to make your custom or personalized orders. Please make your request and allow 3-4 days for making and drying time. Please keep in mind that all our items are handmade and may contain Micro bubbling and small imperfections. All orders are Made to Order and pictures are for product display. No design is the exact same, each keychain may slightly differ from the display picture. All Fonts come standard as shown unless you specify.
PRODUCT CARE
Please don’t expose to extreme temperatures, Do Not submerge in water, for DOMINOS they are handmade and as such may have small imperfections, this adds to its uniqueness and creates a more heavenly master piece. DOMINOS are for recreational purposes and depending on your color of choice playing pieces may be see through! For EARRINGS and NECKLACES maintenance please store in air tight container or zip bag. COASTERS, TUMBLERS are Not dishwasher safe.
